Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoRoam.Now marketplace, travel booking tools (flights, hotels and car rentals), AI travel concierge, dashboard and partner program operated by GoRoam.Now, a brand of Vxera Inc. (“GoRoam.Now”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing an eSIM, making a booking, or applying to the GoRoam.Now Partner Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

GoRoam.Now resells data-only travel eSIM profiles supplied by upstream mobile network operators and aggregators, and lets you search and book flights, hotels and car rentals via our travel providers. We do not own the radio networks, operate the airlines, or run the hotels and rental fleets. Coverage, speeds, prices and availability shown are sourced live from our partners and are estimates until you complete a booking. eSIM plans are data-only by default and do not include voice minutes, SMS, premium-rate numbers, or 911/112 emergency services.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from GoRoam.Now eSIM. You agree to provide accurate registration data, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity on your account.

3. Purchases & activation

• An eSIM profile is bound to the device it is first installed on. Profiles cannot be transferred to a different device once provisioned.
• Plan validity begins on first network connection at the destination, or on the manual start date selected at checkout.
• Your phone must be carrier-unlocked. We are not responsible for connectivity failures caused by a locked device.

4. Refunds

If your eSIM never installs or never connects to a partner network, contact us within seven (7) days of purchase and we will refund or re-issue. Once an eSIM has connected to a network and consumed any data, the plan is non-refundable. This is an industry-wide constraint imposed by upstream operators.

4a. Travel bookings (flights, hotels & cars)

• Flights, hotels and car rentals are fulfilled by our travel providers and the underlying airline, hotel or rental supplier. Their fare rules, check-in, baggage, deposit, cancellation and change policies apply and are shown before you confirm.
• The price shown at the final confirmation step is the price you pay. We charge no GoRoam.Now booking fee; any partner commission is already included and does not add to your total.
• You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details and for meeting entry, visa, licence and age requirements. We are not liable for denied boarding, check-in or pickup caused by inaccurate or missing documents.
• Cancellations, changes and refunds for bookings follow the relevant supplier’s policy. Where a booking is completed on a supplier’s own checkout, your contract for that booking is with the supplier.
• Live prices and availability can change between search and checkout; a booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GoRoam.Now eSIM connectivity for: (a) illegal or fraudulent activity, (b) violating third-party intellectual property, (c) sending unsolicited bulk messages, (d) running large-scale automated scraping or DDoS traffic, (e) commercial M2M / IoT deployment without a written agreement. We may suspend or terminate service for breach.

6. Partner program

The GoRoam.Now eSIM Partner Program (“Affiliates”) is governed by these additional terms:

• Commissions are paid at the rate posted on your dashboard (default 10%) on the gross paid order amount, excluding tax.
• Commissions lock 14 days after the order to allow for refunds, and are payable monthly above the $50 minimum.
• Cookie attribution window is 30 days, first-touch; cross-device matching by email is supported.
• Brand-keyword bidding on “GoRoam.Now eSIM”, “GoRoam.Now” or trademark variants is prohibited without written approval.
• Free destination eSIM credits are issued at our sole discretion and require a public post tagging GoRoam.Now eSIM plus your referral link in the description.
• We may pause, reverse or refuse commissions for fraudulent traffic, refunded orders, or breach of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoRoam.Now eSIM disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoRoam.Now eSIM's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid in the preceding three (3) months or USD $50.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified by email at least seven (7) days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
