How do I book a flight on GoRoam.Now?+
Open the AI Concierge or the booking page, tell it your route and dates, and we show live, bookable fares. You pick a real fare and pay securely in-app — there's no redirect to a third-party site and no fake or placeholder prices.
Where do flight prices come from?+
Flights are sourced live from our flight provider at the moment you search. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout; we never show stale or estimated fares.
Can I choose seats, bags or cabin class?+
Cabin class (economy / premium / business) is part of your search. Seat and baggage options are presented from the airline's live offer during checkout where the fare supports them.
How do I get my ticket and confirmation?+
Once payment clears, your booking confirmation and e-ticket details are emailed to you and shown on the success screen. Add the flight number to the Concierge to get live gate and delay alerts.
What if no flights show up?+
If there are genuinely no fares for your dates we tell you honestly and suggest adjusting dates or nearby airports — we never invent flights to fill the screen.
Can I change or cancel a flight?+
Change and refund rules are set by the airline and shown on the fare before you book. For help after booking, contact us with your confirmation number and we'll walk you through the airline's process.
Payments, fees & your trips
Do I pay GoRoam.Now or the airline/hotel/supplier?+
It depends on the option. In-app flight and hotel bookings are paid securely through GoRoam.Now's checkout. Car rentals and some partner rates are completed on the supplier's secure page — you'll always see who you're paying before you confirm.
Is there a booking fee?+
No GoRoam.Now booking fee. We earn a small commission from partners, which is already included in the price you see — it doesn't add to your total.
Where do I see everything I've booked?+
Open the AI Concierge and look at 'My Trips' — every flight, hotel and car appears with status, dates and price, plus a link to the booking.
Can the AI Concierge help while I travel?+
Yes. It tracks flights in real time, gives directions and weather, logs expenses, and can even call restaurants to book a table in the local language — free with every active eSIM plan.
